1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Shayntech product or service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shayntech provides AI-powered software tools including Excel AI Agent, AutoCAD AI Plugin, and WindowCraft Pro. These are subscription-based software products (SaaS) designed for professional use.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised Merchant of Record. All billing, taxes, and refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with their terms and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer or extract AI models, share account credentials with others, or abuse or overload the Service infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content are owned by Shayntech. The output you generate using the Service belongs to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate or error-free. Always verify formulas, designs, and data before relying on them in production.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shayntech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
