Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any Shayntech Pro product for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@shayntech.com with your registered email address, the date of purchase, and an optional brief reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued after the 7-day guarantee window.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchases and refund requests) or requests made after the 7-day window has passed.
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. If you have a billing dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.
