Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address and hashed password when you register. We also collect usage data (AI requests, tokens used, feature interactions) and any content you submit to the AI assistant to process your requests. Payment data is handled entirely by Paddle — we do not store card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate your account and enforce usage limits, send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets), and analyse aggregate usage patterns to improve our products.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens expire automatically.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with OpenAI (to generate AI responses from content you submit, subject to their privacy policy), Paddle (for payment processing and subscription management), and Supabase (database and authentication hosting).

5. Cookies

We use minimal session storage to keep you logged in. We do not place third-party tracking cookies. Our add-ins run inside host applications (Excel, AutoCAD) and do not place cookies on external sites.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@shayntech.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
